This is a small park behind a convenience store gas station. Even though right next to I-84 found it to be fairly quiet. All pull thru spots with water and electric. Dump station on property. All gravel with young trees at every spot. Great stop with great price. I would stop here again.

This is membership park only. WH or AOR. Photo in book very deceiving. On side hill and spots are somewhat challenging to get into space. Spaces are not level and many blocks needed to level. Most are shared hookups. Trees can make satellite reception interesting but do have cable TV. This is older park that wasn’t build for big rigs but does accommodate them. Several long term member spots. Against tall hill and sun doesn’t hit park until mid-morning. Park is well maintained and clean. Daily activities. Park is on frontage road to Interstate 15 and does have traffic noise. Nice pool, hot tub. Nice laundry and club house. Does accept mail and packages. Management very friendly and cordial. Nice shopping. Excellent base camp for visiting National Parks. Follow directory directions to park NOT computer mapping. We would stay here again.

This is a well run small RV park that has many folks staying on monthly rates that are interested in gold mining. Spots are large and well graveled, some trees. Mostly clear southern sky for satellite dishes. Gravel interior roads. Large, clean laundry. Playground for kids. Propane available. Very well stocked store with snack bar. Very reasonable monthly rates. Some I-80 traffic noise. Within one mile to full service truck stop and casino with excellent buffet. Plan to stay there again.

We stayed here two years ago and new owner has made many improvements. Others talk about mud; give me a break, this is Oregon coast, it rains!! Staff helpful and friendly. Cleaner and dryer than two years ago and new owner making things better daily. Like access to fishing and leaving boat at dock, extra charge but is reasonable. Restaurant offers special meal deals for RVers.

Stayed here two years ago. Many new big (RV and two vehicles) spots with full hookup. WiFi marginal if long distance from office but scheduled for update. Great laundry room and second under construction. Some traffic noise but liveable. Only way could be better is if friendly managers brought coffee and doughnuts to coach. This park part of five park Canadian chain of parks. Recommend to all.

We there on $99 a week special. W/E only. Could have upgraded for more money. Three pools. Many weekly activities. Accept mail. Paved roads, some paved pads. Clean and well run park. There are two entrances and sides; Oak and Palms. Oak is quieter. Close to shopping and entertainment. Would stay there again.

Nice open spots. Need leveling jack bases some soft sand. Activities hadn't really started. Cold water in pool from recent fill. Several clothes washers broken for all two weeks. Long distance to stores but quiet. I would stay there again.

Park is generally run down. Rough roads, laundry room dirty. Park has everything to be a number 10. Wonderful beach side deck for viewing ocean but one of stairways to beach blocked of as was end if fishing pier on inside waterway. Managers pleasant and camp hosts hard workers. Prime location on beach highway. I would stay there again. We on AOR but had $6 utility fee added.

I can see that train noise might be bad if parked in one of the back-in spots. We were on other side and didn't find noise over whelming. Very nice personnel. We would stay there again. Just ask ahead for spot away from tracks. There are a couple of sites where you can get clear south sky for dish.

We stayed under C2C. Required cash payment but did accept internet reservation. Mostly grass pull thru but some concrete pads. Very clean and neat. Pleasant managers and staff. Not computerized park. Recently bought by Thousand Trails and is on their website. Mostly clear southern sky for satellites. Clean laundry. Would have higher rating if cable and modem. Would stay there again.

We looked at all RV Park in Minot before looking here. Quietest of all, yes some train noise but not overwhelming. WiFi weak but there. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Limited satellite spaces, ask ahead if important. Would stay there again.

C2C and AOR spots are close to RR Tracks. Only some sites can get free WiFi. No cable and too heavy treed for satellite service. 24hr security gate. Fitness room equipment broken. Nice pool - small hot tub. Limited laundry (2 W/D). Would use again.
